Returns & Refunds




If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 24 hour period, we will not be able to honour your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honour your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.



Normal Returns:



If the product is not physically damaged, we do not accept any return. If you are not satisfied with the product we do not accept any return.



Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:



Refunds will be credited via a return coupon that can be used for your next purchase online. We do not provide cash or credit card refunds.



If the product arrives damaged, we can exchange this product for you at no cost. Once the product has shipped, you cannot cancel the order or request a refund. This product is in transit to your selected destination and needs to be delivered before you assess the product. Please contact within 24 hours off receiving your product in order to request your exchange. 



Wrong Address:



The customer is responsible for putting the correct address for the delivery. If the address is undeliverable, this is the customer's responsibility and a refund may not be requested. We incur charges for customs, restocking, and delivery and these charges are applied to the customer's order in the case of an incorrect address.
